Assisted Living Supervisor (RN or LPN)

The Assisted Living Supervisor (RN - LPN) plays a vital leadership role in overseeing resident wellness and care services within an assisted living community. This role partners closely with the Resident Care Director to supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with Massachusetts assisted living regulations. The ideal candidate is a licensed nurse with proven leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Resident Care and Memory Care Assistants
• Oversee resident assessments, admissions, and individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with medication administration and safety procedures
• Communicate with families about resident needs, changes, or incidents
• Coordinate pharmacy deliveries, audits, and medication management
  
  

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
• Leadership and staff supervision experience in healthcare or senior living
• Knowledge of Massachusetts assisted living compliance standards
  
  

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Dementia or memory care experience (certification preferred)
• Experience managing complex healthcare needs
• Background in staff coaching and team development
