Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple building projects from initial planning through final completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, aligning timelines with resource availability and project milestones
- Oversee all phases of construction, including layout, framing, interior systems, and finishing work
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors across multiple active job sites
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate cost projections
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate communication between ownership, design teams, and field personnel
- Identify and manage scope changes, including pricing adjustments and documentation
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures across all projects
- Support permitting, licensing, and contract administration processes
- Lead and mentor project staff, including field leadership and support personnel
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing construction projects involving interior trades such as drywall and carpentry
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management and construction-related software platforms (e.g., scheduling, estimating, CRM, and accounting tools)
- Understanding of job costing, budgeting, and contract management
- Experience coordinating with general contractors, construction managers, and design professionals
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or a related discipline preferred
- Equivalent hands-on experience in construction may be considered
- Background in roles such as field supervision, project coordination, or trade work is valuable
Work Environment & Expectations
- Standard work schedule: Monday through Friday
- Position is primarily based on-site with occasional travel to project locations (approximately 25%)
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to start
