Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $48,000 – $50,000. Additionally, we offer:

• You will support financial advisors by managing client services, coordinating financial plan implementation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Your role is critical in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping the firm scale efficiently.

• Manage client services, scheduling, and account support
• Assist in implementing financial plans
• Open and service investment and insurance accounts
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM systems
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
• Support advisors with daily operational tasks
• Keep processes organized in a fast-paced environment

• Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience (financial services or insurance preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma required (college preferred)
• Clean background (required for financial industry)
• Valid driver’s license

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Positive, outgoing, and professional
• Able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and takes initiative
• Strong team player with a service mindset
