Email Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Email Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of our email marketing programs. In this role, you will be responsible for creating impactful campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and support our overall marketing goals. You’ll work closely with content creators, designers, and data analysts to deliver highly personalized and effective email communications.

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies
• Segment email lists for targeted campaigns
• Personalize content based on audience data
• Collaborate with creative and product teams
• Manage marketing automation and CRM tools
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize performance
• Monitor and report on key email metrics
• Ensure compliance with email regulations
• Create lifecycle and nurture campaigns
• Maintain email database hygiene
• Grow and manage subscriber lists
• Align email campaigns with broader marketing goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
• Proficiency with email platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing
• Knowledge of email compliance standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email (a plus)
