CPG Packaging Designer

Location: Sterling, VA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Design retail and consumer packaging artwork
  • Create 3D packaging mockups
  • Develop dielines and packaging specifications
  • Work with printing vendors
  • Manage packaging projects from concept to commercialization
  • Support sustainable packaging initiatives

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of CPG Packaging Design experience
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Packaging Production
  • Print Production
  • Blender or similar 3D software
  • Packaging Commercialization
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

Preferred

  • Food & Beverage packaging
  • Adobe Firefly
  • Canva
  • Microsoft 365
