What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ops & Sales - Get Stuff Done position at HireAligned?
I'm looking to hire someone who has the work ethic of an SDR/BDR, but wants more than just making cold calls all day.
HireAligned is changing the way that home service companies hire and retain talent. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone who wants to come on as the first employee and help us grow while wearing lots of hats.
Bonus points if:
- they are familiar with the trades (maybe a parent was a plumber / HVAC tech?)
- comfortable with learning new things
- very comfortable talking to strangers and building friendships
- able to follow a process, and make suggestions on how to improve it
Needing at least 20 hours/week, could be full-time for the right person!
Aiming to be around $25/hr performance pay.
Ideally able to be in office in Lehi, UT.
