Core Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Planning- Build and maintain structured campaign plans with clear objectives, priorities, and success metrics
- Develop strategies based on historical performance, data trends, and measurable inputs
- Define campaign variables, budgets, and expected outcomes with precision
- Assess probabilities and expected performance before launch
- Execute campaigns across platforms with accuracy and consistency
- Monitor performance and optimize based on ranked priorities and data signals
- Test variables in a structured, controlled manner
- Ensure all changes are intentional, measured, and documented
- Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution across all campaigns
- Define and standardize key metrics (CPL, conversion rates, lead quality)

- Design and follow repeatable workflows for campaign setup, launch, and optimization
