Prior optical experience is not required, but candidates with a background in optics, retail eyewear, or vision care will be given strong consideration.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner from the moment they walk in. Help customers select frames and lenses based on their lifestyle, preferences, and visual needs. Provide style recommendations and educate customers on lens options, care, and maintenance. Perform basic frame adjustments and fittings to ensure a comfortable, precise fit. Process orders and transactions accurately through our POS system. Handle customer concerns with honesty, integrity, and a focus on resolution. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor. Assist with inventory management and backstock organization. Support eyewear production to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
Qualifications
Prior optical or eyewear experience preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with a genuine ability to connect with people. Professional, positive attitude in every customer interaction. Ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a high-traffic environment. Comfortable standing and moving throughout your shift. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
