Company in SW Houston is searching for an Accounting professional that has a current CPA license and can handle indirect tax compliance and filings, treasury management and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Use Tax returns
- Franchise Tax filings
- Property Tax filings
- Federal Income Tax filings including Form 1120, K-1s and Form 5471
- Cash Managment
- Treasury Controls
- Banking Relationships
- Financial Statements
- Variance Analysis
- Support Month-End Close Activities
Qualifications:
- Degree in a Accounting or Finance, CP A required
- 2 Years of Experience
- Strong Knowledge of Federal and State Tax Compliance
- Strong Knowledge of Sales and Use Tax, Property Tax, and Franchise Tax Regulations
- Advance Excel Skills including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
