Summary:
A Recruiter at the Hire Road is the backbone of our organization. This is an entry level position for an aggressive and competitive college graduate who is looking for a career in recruiting or sales. In this position, you will be provided with all the training, tools, and resources to become a highly successful business professional within the staffing industry.
Technical Recruiter must have a bachelor's degree and be comfortable with spending a considerable amount of time on the phone
Recruiter Description:
- Create and/or edit job descriptions and follow internal process
- Build and maintain relationships, with, candidates, hiring managers, and leaders to understand their business needs
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn and Indeed, social networking sites and other resources for building a pipeline of talent
- Build networks as well as other innovative sourcing techniques to find qualified passive candidates
- Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Document all activity within ATS (Bullhorn)
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews
- Responsible for reviewing resumes, screening candidates, reviewing qualified candidates with Account Managers
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
- Responsible for maintaining detailed recruiting activity, applicable metrics and candidate management, including required documentation within the applicant tracking system
- Responsible for meeting outbound calls, phone interviews, total hires and time-to-fill initiatives and other talent acquisition metrics on a monthly basis
Recruiter Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be comfortable with spending considerable amount of time on the phone building rapport, negotiating and selling Hire Road’s service offerings to perspective candidates and clients
- Must be comfortable with working in a competitive environment where daily activity is recorded and measured against your peers
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Desire and motivation to grow into advanced opportunities
