This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running a team of installers, keeping jobs on schedule, and holding the crew to a high standard of quality and workmanship. Total compensation ranges from $75,000 to $115,000 per year, including a department performance bonus, and the position is available immediately. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, schedule, and manage a team of HVAC installers from job handoff through completion
- Ensure every installation meets code, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
- Coordinate with sales, service, and the install coordinator to keep the schedule full and on track
- Conduct quality checks and final walkthroughs to protect customer satisfaction and reduce callbacks
- Coach, train, and develop installers, holding the team accountable to production and safety goals
- Manage equipment, materials, and job readiness so crews have what they need on install day
- Track department KPIs and drive toward revenue and efficiency targets
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3 to 5 years minimum of residential HVAC experience, including time in installation
- Prior leadership, lead installer, or management experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
