About the role
We're looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our People team during a high-velocity hiring period. This is a ~6-month engagement (with potential to extend) where you'll be the operational backbone of our recruiting process — keeping candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers in sync.
What you'll do
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, primarily using our AI scheduling tool, Guide
- Manage candidate pipeline and communications in Greenhouse (ATS)
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep roles moving efficiently
- Maintain accurate tracking and data hygiene in Greenhouse
- Support ad hoc recruiting operations and People team projects as needed
What we're looking for
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with a candidate-first mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles and moving parts simultaneously
- Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a related People role
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and picking up new tools quickly
- Experience with Greenhouse preferred but not required
- Familiarity with AI scheduling tools (e.g. Guide) a plus
Salary : $38 - $48
