Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
- Source and identify talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct outreach and engage passive candidates to generate interest in open roles
- Maintain and organize candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Leverage Boolean searches and recruiting tools to support sourcing activities
Screening & Coordination
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and interest
- Schedule interviews with candidates and internal hiring teams
- Coordinate feedback and next steps with hiring managers and senior recruiters
- Support candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a strong experience
Administrative & Process Support
- Post job descriptions across internal and external job boards
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting databases
- Assist with offer letter preparation, onboarding coordination, and compliance activities
- Maintain recruiting metrics and reporting as needed
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Participate in intake meetings to review profiles, competencies, and hiring criteria
- Support campus recruiting, job fairs, and career events as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field preferred
- 0–2 years of recruiting, HR, staffing, or related experience (internships welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn, or sourcing tools a plus
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and building relationships
- Interest in talent acquisition, HR, or staffing as a career path
