Director of Revenue Growth Management
Position Overview
We are seeking a Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to lead the development and execution of strategies that drive sustainable revenue and profitable growth across the organization.
This individual will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Category Management, and other cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, promotions, trade investment, product mix, and customer strategies. The Director will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial business acumen to identify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate has significant experience within consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, or a similar consumer-focused industry and has a proven track record of building and executing successful revenue growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's Revenue Growth Management strategy across brands, products, channels, and customers.
- Develop pricing strategies using consumer, competitive, customer, and financial insights.
- Evaluate price architecture, pack sizes, product mix, and portfolio opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
- Lead promotional effectiveness and trade-spend optimization initiatives.
- Analyze customer and channel profitability and identify opportunities to improve margins and overall commercial performance.
- Partner with Sales to develop customer-specific strategies and support annual customer planning and negotiations.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to evaluate innovation, assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Partner closely with Finance on forecasting, scenario modeling, margin analysis, and financial impact assessments.
- Develop tools, dashboards, and reporting that provide visibility into pricing, promotional performance, trade investment, and other key RGM metrics.
- Utilize syndicated, consumer, customer, and internal data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop recommendations based on elasticity, competitive pricing, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Establish RGM processes, capabilities, and best practices across the organization.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and influence key commercial decisions.
- Build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions.
- Lead, develop, and mentor RGM team members as the function continues to grow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Sales Finance, Category Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience within CPG, food & beverage, consumer products, or a similar industry strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of RGM principles, including pricing, promotion optimization, trade investment, mix management, and price-pack architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large and complex datasets and translate findings into commercial recommendations.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with experience building business cases and financial models.
- Experience with syndicated data and analytical platforms such as NielsenIQ, Circana/IRI, or similar tools preferred.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $180,000 - $260,000
