Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business, growing client accounts, and strengthening relationships with decision-makers across industries in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You’ll collaborate closely with our recruiting team to deliver top talent while positioning Hire as the go-to staffing partner for employers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers at prospective client companies
- Leverage staffing industry knowledge to present tailored workforce solutions and value-added services
- Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Partner with recruiters to ensure successful fulfillment of client staffing needs
- Maintain accurate client and sales pipeline data within CRM systems
- Represent :hire at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings in the DFW area
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, HR, or related field preferred)
- 5 years of proven business development or account management experience in the staffing industry (required)
- Established network of DFW-based clients and industry contacts strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior decision-makers
- Highly motivated, persistent, and results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
