Job Purpose – PRN / Temporary Position
The Pediatric Registered Dental Assistant at HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC, a temporary staffing solutions agency, is responsible for supporting Pediatric Dentists in various practice settings. This is a PRN or temporary assignment-based role, not a permanent position.
The role focuses on providing high-quality dental care to children while ensuring their comfort and creating a positive experience throughout treatment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and skilled in working with young patients, while maintaining licensure and professionalism in pediatric dental care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Pediatric Dentist in all clinical procedures and patient care.
- Perform standard Registered Dental Assistant responsibilities, including preparing dental instruments and materials, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with pediatric oral sedation, ensuring the safety and comfort of the child throughout the procedure.
- Accurately document vitals and sedation details, maintaining comprehensive and precise records.
- Educate parents on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices to ensure the ongoing dental health of their children.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Active and renewal of Registered Dental Assistant License
- Active and renewal of CPR/PALS/BLS certifications
- Maintain state-required annual Continuing Education (CE) hours
Required Experience:
- Experience with pediatric oral sedation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric dental setting

- Proficient in supporting pediatric dentists and performing standard Registered Dental Assistant responsibilities
