The Dental Front Office position at HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC, a temporary staffing solutions agency, is designed to support dental practices on an as-needed, temporary assignment basis. This is not a permanent position.
The role ensures the smooth operation of the dental office by managing administrative tasks, scheduling, and patient communications, while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate creates a warm, professional environment and facilitates effective coordination between patients, clinical staff, and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office, ensuring a positive and friendly first impression.
- Manage the scheduling of patient appointments, optimizing the calendar for maximum efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient inquiries both in-person and over the phone, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Verify patient insurance information and handle billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with office policies.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and confidentially managed.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
- Assist with the preparation of treatment plans and financial arrangements for patients.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the front office is well-stocked and organized.
- Address and resolve any patient concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
