Key Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of litigation matters, with a primary focus on domestic law.
- Support and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, including probate litigation and business divorces.
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Contribute to a collaborative team while also building an independent practice.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 4–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to family/domestic law.
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Willingness to focus primarily on domestic law while assisting with probate and business divorce matters.
