Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Branch Recruiter to support Adecco Staffing’s Liverpool, NY office. This contract role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for temporary and permanent staffing placements. The position reports to the Branch Manager and collaborates with internal teams to meet staffing demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary and direct hire roles across multiple industries.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fill positions efficiently.
• Post job openings on internal and external platforms while managing applicant tracking systems.
• Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding paperwork for new hires.
• Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate quality, to improve hiring processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of professional recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment while meeting deadlines.
