We are actively hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a CNA position in California. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs seeking competitive pay, consistent full-time hours, and long-term potential in a healthcare facility.

If you are a CNA looking to expand your clinical experience while working 8-hour shifts.

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, no rotating schedules, set 5 days of work, and 2 days off

• Pay: Competitive travel CNA compensation (discussed during interview)

• Payroll: Weekly direct deposit

• Active and unrestricted California CNA license (hard copy required)

• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in acute, med/surg, or long-term care settings

• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association required)

• Valid Driver’s License or Passport

• Strong patient care, observation, and documentation skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Must not require time off in the first 6 months of the contract

• Able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen

• Must have reliable transportation to drive to work

• Up-to-date vaccinations or documentation status; must be willing to get a booster if needed

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility assistance, and hygiene support

• Monitor and document the patient's vital signs and overall condition

• Report changes in patient status promptly to nursing staff or supervisors

• Assist with patient comfort, safety, and well-being

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team

• Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and HIPAA regulations

• Weekly pay via direct deposit

• No rotating schedule, set shift and 5 consecutive daysage
