Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer, you will:
Customize and Develop: Build and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex classes.
Integrate Systems: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Optimize Performance: Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
Support Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce best practices.
Maintain Security: Ensure data security and compliance within the Salesforce environment, including managing user permissions and roles.
Innovate: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and releases, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Implementing solutions organization-wide for maximized efficiency and support.
Troubleshoot Issues: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
