Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with members, delivering a high-quality, responsive experience
• Resolve escalated inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
• Provide accurate information regarding services, subscriptions, and account options
• Document and track customer interactions to identify trends and insights
• Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, editorial) to stay aligned on offerings
• Contribute to internal knowledge resources by documenting common issues and solutions
• Support junior team members by modeling strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of customer service, support, or client-facing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
