Responsibilities include:
- Client Communication & Support: Be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our clients. You'll manage incoming calls and emails, answering general questions and making sure clients are directed to the right team member.
- Documentation & Detail Tracking: Utilize your basic computer skills to help create and organize event paperwork, ensuring all details are accurately recorded for the client and our team.
- Administrative Teamwork: Help manage our client database, assist with important client follow-ups, and support the sales team with general administrative tasks. Your hard work and organizational skills will be crucial to our daily operations.
- Logistics Support: Methodically track key event details and logistics, making sure no item is overlooked. You’ll use your sharp attention to detail to ensure our team is set up for success.
- On-site Event Experience: While the majority of this role is office-based, you will also have opportunities to work at events on-site, assisting with set-up, client needs, and tear-down. This is a chance to see your hard work come to life and offers additional earning potential.
