Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented, and compassionate Guest Services Agent / Spa & Salon Specialist to join our team. This unique hybrid role combines holistic hospitality with Spa & Salon services, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences while performing select wellness and beauty treatments.
As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you will create a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience by assisting with front desk operations while professionally performing facial, waxing, and scalp treatment services.
Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Check guests in and out for Spa & Salon appointments and wellness services.
- Schedule, confirm, modify, and coordinate appointments using the resort management system.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding Spa & Salon services, wellness programs, and campus amenities.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Spa & Salon reception area.
- Professionally perform facial, waxing, scalp treatment, and other approved Spa & Salon services in accordance with Hippocrates Wellness standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, guest comfort, confidentiality, and personalized service.
- Recommend Spa treatments, wellness services, memberships, retail products, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate with Guest Services, Medical, Housekeeping, Culinary, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, professionally, and with empathy.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, inventory support, appointment confirmations, and operational duties.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
This position requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays based on business needs.
