Job Title: Spa & Salon Manager
Job Summary: The Spa & Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing comprehensive spa & salon services. This role ensures the highest standards of service, manages staff, maintains facilities, and stays up to date with new trends in the spa & salon industry. The Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing guest experience, driving revenue, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction across the spa & salon services.
Job Responsibilities:
Operational Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of the salon & spa facilities.
- Ensure all services are delivered at the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all areas within the spa & salon.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies and equipment.
Associate Management:

- Recruit, train, and manage staff, including therapists, aestheticians, nail technicians, hair stylist and all other staff including support staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
Members’ Experience:

- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement new spa programs and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the spa & salon department budget.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement strategies to drive revenue and optimize operational costs.
Marketing and Promotion:

- Work with the marketing team to promote spa & salon services.
- Develop promotional campaigns and special offers to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Participate in community and industry events to promote spa & salon offerings.
Facility Maintenance:

- Ensure that all spa & salon facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any facility issues promptly.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and associates.
Program Development:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in spa & salon services.
- Develop and implement new salon & spa programs, treatments, and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration. A certification in spa or salon management it’s a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the spa industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful spa & salon programs.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Knowledge of treatments, and services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
