What We're Looking For

You'll partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance while helping improve processes and support the company's continued growth.
Reporting to the Chief HR & Operations Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting customers across retail, distribution, eCommerce, and marketplace channels.
What You'll DoCustomer & Order Management
- Process and manage customer orders across multiple sales channels
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions related to orders, shipments, inventory, and fulfillment
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, deductions, and customer inquiries
- Support key retail and eCommerce customers, including Amazon, Walmart, distributors, and other strategic partners
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor customer orders and proactively communicate updates or potential issues
- Help maintain smooth communication across departments to meet customer expectations
- Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing, and order information within ERP, EDI, and customer systems
- Support EDI transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, ASNs, and retailer compliance requirements
- Ensure data accuracy across business systems and customer portals
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual processes
- Support ERP and operational improvement initiatives
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and process standardization as the company continues to grow
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in customer service, customer operations, order management, supply chain, or business operations
- Experience within food manufacturing, CPG, distribution, or retail environments preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems, EDI transactions, or order management platforms
- Experience supporting major retailers, distributors, or eCommerce customers is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
