Primary Job Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and government organizations. Serve as the main point of contact for all business-related matters.

Market Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough research on the dental platform’s product portfolio. Analyze sales volume by customer and leverage this data to develop and execute a strategic plan.

Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement tailored strategic plans for key accounts to achieve sales targets, drive growth, and identify new business opportunities.

Client Interaction: Lead regular business reviews with clients, identifying needs, addressing concerns, and providing optimal solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as sales and marketing to ensure products and services align with customer needs and expectations.

Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations.

Contract & Pricing Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Industry Engagement: Actively participate in corporate committees, provide feedback based on market data and trends, and represent the organization at events and trade shows related to DSO matters.

Reporting to Headquarters: Maintain regular communication with the South Korean headquarters on DSO-related issues, ensuring alignment and updates on progress.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within the healthcare field.
- At least 3 years of direct experience working with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) or similar organizations.
Skills:
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data and develop actionable, strategic plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
- Communication & Technical Expertise: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear client-facing solutions.
- CRM Software: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for account management and reporting.
- Reporting & Presentation: Proficiency in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Microsoft Office Suite: High competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Time Management & Planning: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: 130K-160K
