The Game Master’s primary role is to run escape room games and help create a fun, memorable experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include:
- Hosting guests in an enthusiastic and friendly manner
- Monitoring teams during games and providing hints as needed
- Resetting rooms accurately to their original state
- Using booking software to view reservations, book guests, and process electronic payments
- Performing minor housekeeping duties
- Opening and closing the business
- Taking and posting guest photos
- Dressing in hats/costumes and playing different characters when needed

This is a PART-TIME position.
Regular in-store shifts are scheduled Thursday–Sunday. Monday–Wednesday shifts are pre-scheduled as on-call shifts, meaning team members only report to work if a room is booked and will receive at least 1.5 hours notice.
