- Type: Contract to start with possibility of conversion to employee, depending on performance and project need
- Pay range: $38.50-45.50/hr - no benefits except 401(k) after 90 days
- Required: Must have telecom industry experience
SUMMARY
Site Acquisition Specialists will be responsible for wireless site qualification and identification, due diligence, legal review, collocation application processing, lease negotiation and finalization, information facilitation and database management. The work will be for one client and include managing all deliverables from site acquisition vendor partners. This position will work with cross functional teams including Program Management, Design, Planning and Construction. Ideal candidates will be organized and able to plan and prioritize workload.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise, organize and drive outside partner vendors to the completion of the following tasks:
- Identify and qualify specific locations for development of wireless facilities within client design and engineering standards
- Coordinate and attend team site visits with RF Engineering and Construction personnel to ensure that the selected sites meet requirements
- Assemble and submit a complete Site Candidate Package (SCIP) for client approval, including site address and legal issues
- Influence and obtain property owner consent on proposed sites, Assist with negotiate acceptable lease agreements, lease amendment, settlement agreements, as well as any ancillary easement agreements, between the landlord and the client
- Train and Supervise the Completion of all necessary leasing documents and terms and agreements per Clients instructions
- Review all non-standard business terms with Project Manager and non-standard legal terms with Client legal
- Preparation of site status reports and scheduling for management and client review and ensure that all documentation is maintained in compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate communication and coordinate reviews and “handoffs” with RF Engineering, Leasing, Zoning, Construction or any other disciplines or vendors involved.

QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS in Business or a JD preferred
- Real Estate Appraisal, Sales, or Investment experience preferred
- Broker’s License / Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in the wireless industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle required
REQUIRIEMENTS

- Ability to maintain confidentiality *essential*.
- Clear understanding of and ability to read and interpret documents (i.e. title reports, leases, easements, plat and topo maps).
- Effective in a self-directed environment.
- Ability to draft top quality executable leases.
- Ability to listen, discern and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate clearly with others, both verbal and written, including reports, business letters/ responses to owner lease comments and justifications for zoning applications.
- Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word and the Internet.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets the criteria of the company’s policy.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Office Position with limited travel.
- Must be able to bend, squat and sit for extended periods.
- Must be able to life 5-10 pounds as needed.
Salary : $39 - $46
