Summary
The In-House Corporate Transactional Attorney will provide transactional and legal guidance in support of our multi-dwelling unit (MDU) broadband, video streaming, and telecommunications operations, as well as related business activities with commercial and residential real estate companies.
Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including real estate documents, easements, license agreements, and bulk broadband/video streaming agreements.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and perform risk management in dealings with real estate companies.
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership with eligibility for in-house counsel licensure in New Jersey or Florida.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience with bulk broadband/streaming providers and real estate companies.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Four (4) years in corporate transactions at a reputable law firm.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and corporate governance best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
