Duties
- Receive incoming shipments by accurately unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks while adhering to safety protocols
- Verify shipment contents against purchase orders
- Prepare outgoing orders by picking, packing, and labeling items efficiently for timely dispatch
- Manage stock levels through precise stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory updates
- Load and unload freight containers or trucks with care to prevent damage during transportation or storage
- Maintain organized storage areas by stocking items systematically for easy retrieval during order picking
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts to support accurate stock records
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish not required but is a plus
- Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving operations
- Forklift certification is not required but would be a plus
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order quantities
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a physically active environment involving load & unload activities and standing for extended periods
