Sales Manager – Hiner Roofing OKC
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

We’re currently operating with 4 sales trucks and are on track to grow to 30 trucks. We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Sales Manager who’s ready to get in at the ground level of that growth and lead the charge.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will lead, train, and drive a high-performing team of roofing sales representatives. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing the sales team while hitting company targets for volume, profit, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing sales reps to hit goals and maximize profitability.
- Drive consistent activity levels, lead follow-up, and closing ratios.
- Develop sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Monitor job profitability and ensure company pricing standards are followed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, sales meetings, and ride-alongs.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams for smooth project handoffs.
- Report KPIs and results directly to the owner.
Performance Metrics
- Sales Volume KPI Bonus: Based on total monthly and quarterly team sales.
- Profitability Bonus: Based on maintaining and improving team gross profit margins.
- Recruiting and Retention: Building and sustaining a full, productive sales team.
- Activity Metrics: Consistent lead follow-up, quoting, and closing performance.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $30,000/year
- Bonuses: Volume and profitability-based (realistic earning potential up to $300,000/year with a full office of reps).
