Apex Roofing and Restoration is seeking a motivated, seasoned professional who is interested in operating our OKC area branch location.

Job Description: Apex Roofing General Managers will be expected to lead a sales team from the front. We are looking for leadership that drives culture through example.

Apex GMs derive significant commission opportunities through self-generated sales opportunities via networking, door-to-door canvassing, referral practices, and running marketing leads. Apex Roofing GMs are sales leaders and ensure that the market endeavor is successful while being supported by corporate infrastructure.

Additionally, GMs will be expected to help build and grow the sales team. Duties include interviewing, hiring, and training recruits that are provided by the corporate recruiting division. Further, a GM manages salespeople to help facilitate their personal growth and success. This position will also require attention to the Profit and Loss statements and managing resources to ensure market profitability.
