What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Associate position at Hinckley Allen?
Hinckley Allen is looking for a junior Corporate Associate with an interest in joining a dynamic and sophisticated corporate and business law practice. The ideal candidate will have practiced at least two (2) years in the area of corporate and business law with experience handling a variety of corporate and financial transactions and issues, including corporate acquisitions, sales, mergers, corporate restructurings, contracts, and corporate governance matters. Private equity experience is a plus. Admission to Massachusetts, Connecticut or Rhode Island bar is required (or must be obtained within 6-12 months).

Salary Range: $140,000 - $195,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on office location, as well as education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
