Hinckley Allen is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its Manchester office. The ideal candidate will have three (3) to seven (7) years of experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes. The candidate should also be experienced with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery. Deposition and/or court appearances are a plus. Candidate must possess strong research, analytical and writing skills. Admission to New Hampshire Bar is required.
