Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests, helping to create a welcoming and supportive experience from arrival through departure.
You will assist with front desk operations, guest communication, and daily coordination, ensuring that each guest feels informed, comfortable, and cared for during their stay.
This role is more than front desk support. Your presence helps create a calm, welcoming environment that reflects the Himalayan Institute’s mission and commitment to guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and updates within booking systems
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information about programs, campus facilities, and daily schedules
- Offer tours of the Retreat Center, including the Main Building and Sri Vidya Shrine
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Communicate with Housekeeping, Facilities, and other teams as needed
- Assist with light event support and general guest coordination

Work Details
This is an on-site position within an active retreat center environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
