Responsibilities
- Develop, test, execute, and monitor multichannel audiences within Treasure Data Audience Studio
- Craft sophisticated multichannel campaigns guided by stakeholder input and business requirements
- Communicate campaign status and progress updates to stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Perform rigorous quality assurance and control steps to ensure audiences meet desired campaign targeting requirements
- Partner with technology, data, channel, and model development teams to improve campaign targeting accuracy and impact
- Collaborate with fellow Audience Strategy team members to develop best practices that deliver strong results and drive process efficiencies
- Support ambitious business goals while managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Marketing data management expertise
- Campaign support and execution capabilities
- Proficiency with modern Customer Data Platforms such as Unica, Treasure Data, Twilio Segment, or mParticle
- Intermediate SQL query reading skills
- User Acceptance Testing experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Results-focused mindset with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical and marketing acuity
- Three years of experience in marketing data management, campaign support and execution
- Two years of hands-on experience using a modern Customer Data Platform
- Experience with hospitality and/or credit card/financial services industries
