Conrad Indianapolis is looking for a Sales & Group Rooms Coordinator to join the team! This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career in a Fortune 500 company within a sophisticated luxury brand.

As the city's first true luxury hotel, this 23-story tower has 247 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

As a Sales & Group Rooms Coordinator, you will provide the director and managers of sales, catering and events with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties. You will also assist on special projects as needed.

 Qualifications:

  • 1 year of hotel experience or 2 years of administrative assistant experience 
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous demands of the team
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Hilton brand experience preferred
  • Experience with OnQ or Delphi a plus!
