Recruiter Coordinator (contract)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all candidate scheduling activities, including interview arrangements, candidate agendas, travel logistics, and amenities
• Manage the complete onsite candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional impression
• Serve as the primary liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
• Support candidates through each stage of the interview process, providing guidance and assistance as needed
• Collaborate effectively with organizational leaders using exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple recruiting activities simultaneously
• Demonstrate action and service orientation in all candidate interactions
