Learning Management System (LMS) Analyst

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Hilton through Talent Solutions. Job Summary:
This position supports the Learning and Development team by managing and optimizing the learning management system that serves team members globally. Working at the intersection of technology and learning, this role ensures that learning solutions are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved to enable career development opportunities across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building learning content, providing data-driven insights, resolving technical challenges, and creating resources that empower users to maximize the value of the learning platform.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain learning objects in the LMS including online courses, instructor-led classes, and programs
• Provide reporting and insights on registration and learning data to gain visibility into learning registrations, completions, and team member participation
• Serve as a point of escalation to resolve technical issues in the LMS and ensure all cases are closed in a timely manner
• Develop training documentation for users and administrators on use of the LMS

Skills:
• Two years of experience working with the Cornerstone Saba learning management system
• Two years or more of experience with content authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise and Adobe Captivate
• Experience publishing content to SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards using content authoring tools
• Two years of experience with importing information into a learning management system using mass upload tools, such as the Rapid Data Import tool in Cornerstone Saba
• Use of tools such as ServiceNow to resolve support requests and incidents (preferred)
• Prior experience with integrations with virtual classroom products like WebEx and Microsoft Teams (preferred)
• Experience with building reports and dashboards (preferred)
• Understanding of integrations with external systems, especially Human Capital Management systems including Oracle HCM (preferred)
