- Remote role working 20 hours per week with a preferred candidate in Dallas, TX* to coordinate a conference starting 9/22/26 and ending 9/24/26**

Responsibilities
- Lead event coordination with the HSM Customer Engagement team
- Oversee and execute all aspects of events to ensure customers have a world-class experience
- Develop event overview presentations for Senior Leadership and communicate regular status updates with key internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with the Senior Manager of HSM Brand Strategy to develop unique event branding and marketing materials for specific events
- Coordinate with the Manager of HSM Communications on all pre- and post-event email communications
- Create and manage event budgets, handle all billing and invoicing related to events, and deliver each event within the allocated budget
- Partner with the HSM Sales and Service team for key industry conferences to ensure HSM maintains a strong overall presence, and review and provide input on sponsorship agreements
- Provide materials and support for ancillary conference events, including breakout sessions and customer dinners
- Document and track event details for future conferences
- Self-starter with positive energy and a strong sense of ownership over responsibilities
- Visionary mindset with the ability to set high-level event and conference strategy while also executing logistics on-site
- Meticulous attention to detail with superior organizational skills to accurately monitor all aspects of concurrent events
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions and adjust plans on the fly while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate costs and benefits of potential actions and provide recommendations for optimal solutions
- Ability to work independently based on feedback from Senior Leadership and stakeholder teams
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence to engage with top customers and Senior Leadership
- 1 years of experience in event and/or conference management with 500 attendees
- Experience with Corporate events preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Experience working in the hospitality or travel industry preferred
- Experience managing vendors and external agencies preferred
- Ability to travel to venue
