Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishware, and work areas in accordance with health and safety standards
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Ensure proper storage and organization of clean dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools
- Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, drains, and waste disposal
- Support culinary and food & beverage teams with basic prep and transport of supplies as needed
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, notifying leadership when inventory is low
- Follow all Hilton brand standards, local health regulations, and food safety guidelines
- Promote a safe and positive work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
