Job Summary

A Guest Service Agent provides reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.

Guest Service Agents serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values of Hilton Team Member. Prefer PEP experience

  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable learning Hilton’s property management system (PEP) and using basic computer programs.
  • Detail-Oriented – Accurate in handling reservations, payments, and guest requests.
  • Flexible – Available for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
  • Hospitality Mindset – Professional appearance (uniforms provided), positive attitude, and commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.
