Responsibilities
· Lead daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards.
· Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team.
· Oversee food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations.
· Control inventory levels through effective stock management and ordering processes using POS systems Symphony such POS.
· Handle cash transactions accurately, reconcile registers, and manage financial reporting.
· Implement food safety procedures and ensure all team members follow proper food handling practices.
· Supervise kitchen management activities including food production, and Coffee Shop, Resturant and bar operations.
· Conduct interviews for new hires, evaluate staff performance, and facilitate ongoing training & development initiatives.
· Monitor budget adherence by managing costs related to labor, supplies, and food procurement.
· Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
· Maintain a clean, organized environment that meets health standards and promotes safety for staff and guests.
Skills
· Extensive experience in food service management within casual dining, fine dining, or quick service restaurants.
· Proficiency with POS systems such as Symphony POS for order processing and sales tracking.
· Strong background in food preparation techniques including cooking methods and kitchen management.
· Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
· Knowledge of inventory control practices to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
· Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
· Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

What will I be doing?
