Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure accuracy of guest accounts and financial records
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent customer service skills
- Maintain phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems for guest and internal communications
- Assist with guest services such as providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Prepare reports related to daily financial transactions and occupancy statistics
- Ensure security protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs efficiently
Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is highly desirable
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution
- Familiarity with phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and resort operations is beneficial
- Previous experience working in a hotel or resort environment will be considered an asset
