Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks related to hotel management and guest relations.
Duties
- Perform night audit functions, including balancing accounts and preparing daily reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
- Assist guests with reservations, information about hotel amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations throughout the hotel or resort.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
