Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations at all times
- Support night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy and reporting
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs gracefully
- Strong communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving a diverse clientele
