Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and guest in hotel management or guest relations. Bilingual abilities and knowledge of multi-line phone systems are highly valued to enhance guest interactions and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries and direct calls appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations at all times
  • Support night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy and reporting

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs gracefully
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving a diverse clientele
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly attitude
  • Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and hospitality best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights if required, in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
