Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary:

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the breakfast area to ensure a high-quality guest experience. This role involves interacting with guests, replenishing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all breakfast service meets Hilton brand standards. The Breakfast Attendant plays a key part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests to start their day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area in accordance with Home2 Suites and Hilton standards.
• Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and assist with any breakfast-related questions or requests.
• Ensure all food and beverages are fresh, stocked, and presented attractively.
• Monitor and replenish buffet items throughout breakfast service.
• Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, dining room, counters, and tables during and after service.
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance needs.
• Handle food safely, following all health and sanitation regulations.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Assist with light food prep and cleaning kitchen appliances, if needed.
• Provide a positive and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic food handling knowledge preferred (food handler’s permit may be required by local laws).

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
