- Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Support and supervise staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring supply levels and managing expenses.
- Assist in budgeting activities, including labor costs and food expenses, to meet financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all areas of the restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold excellent service standards.
- Participate in hiring processes including interviewing candidates for various roles within the hotel.
- Proven management experience within the food industry, ideally in quick service or casual dining environments.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with a focus on staff training & development and team management.
- Experience overseeing inventory control and cost management strategies.
Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
