Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join our team at our Moultrie, GA location. This on-site role involves supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, supervising staff members, and delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, achieving sales targets, ensuring store cleanliness and compliance, and assisting in employee training and development. The Assistant Manager will also address customer inquiries and work as a role model to inspire team performance and service excellence.
