Hilton Head Buick GMC Cadillac is seeking to hire motivated Quick Lube Technicians to perform oil changes, rotate and balance tires, replace brake pads, resurface rotors, minor tune ups, flush fluids, replace filters, etc. for our customers’ vehicles. We have a well-maintained, cutting-edge facility with all the tools you need to succeed. Our shop is fully heated and cooled, ensuring you're comfortable year-round, no matter the season!

We welcome Technicians from other brands and industries such as:
Firestone, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, Midas, Valvoline, etc.

Responsibilities - Quick Lube Technician:

• Perform multi-point inspection of vehicle including fluids, battery, brakes, belts, tires, etc.
• Perform light line maintenance
• Change or top off all fluids, grease bearings, check/change oil filter
• Change, mount and balance tires
• Check tire pressure and add air if needed
• Maintain the dealership records and provide recommendations to customers regarding their vehicles
• Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology
• Responsible for keeping the shop area neat and clean

Qualifications/Requirements - Quick Lube Technician:

• Auto repair experience/training required
• Dealership service department experience is a plus!
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of shop equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Good work ethic
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and problem-solving skills
